MS Paint isn't integral to my self-inflicted torture, no. (I'm afraid I don't have your knack for making it sound so bad.) I hunted briefly for a flowchart maker, but failed to find anything decent.
Shall remember the next time I have the itch to make a crazy flowchart.

Also, unless MS Paint is integral to the experience, it might be better to indulge your masochism with something like Graphviz or Dia instead.
